Did you know you can use your Northbrook Library card to unlock cover-to-cover access to digital newspapers and magazines from around the globe? Here are three easy ways to stay informed and explore topics that interest you. 

PressReader

PressReader provides unlimited access to 7,000 daily newspapers and magazines from around the world in more than 60 languages with your library card. You can either read them in a browser or use the PressReader app for iOS and Android.

  1. Go to Pressreader.com, then click "Sign In," and select "Library or Group"

  2. Search for "Northbrook" and choose it from the drop-down list

  3. Enter the number printed on your library card together with your PIN/password. (If you don't know your password, visit www.northbrook.info/account and select the "Forgot your password" link.)

Libby

Libby provides more than digital versions of 3,000 popular magazine titles. You can borrow titles, including magazines, eBooks, and audiobooks, through the Libby app and the Libby websiteMagazines do not count toward your monthly Libby checkout limits, and there is no limit on repeat checkouts. Flipster

In addition to digital magazines on Libby and PressReader, you can use Flipster to check out digital copies of your favorite magazines with your Northbrook Library card.
