Is magic art or science? Could it be both? We’ll take a deep dive into the world of magic this February!
Magic Week kicks off on February 19 with a workshop featuring a Chicagoland magician who'll lead a interactive class for children in grades 3-6* and a screening of The Prestige, a 2006 film directed by Christopher Nolan, starring Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman as two competing 19th-century magicians. The rest of the week features engaging and interactive magic trick shows led by magicians and illusionists, including Jeanette Andrews, who's joining us for a second year. Be prepared to explore a fascinating series of illusions and tricks! Don't forget to Reserve a Spot for any Magic Week event you plan to attend.
