Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms can be reserved using our online reservation system up to two months in advance with a Northbrook Library card. Meeting rooms cannot be reserved over the phone or in person. If you need assistance with filling out the form, please visit the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor of the library or call 847-272-4873.
Study Rooms
Anyone with a registered library card in good standing can reserve one of our 2nd-floor study rooms up to a week in advance. Patrons are limited to one study room booking a day for up to two hours. Study rooms cannot be reserved over the phone or in person. For assistance reserving a study room online, please visit the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor or call 847-272-4873.
Auditorium Rentals
Northbrook Library cardholders ages 21 or older can submit a request to rent our 225-seat Auditorium for an event. Reservations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be accepted more than 2 months in advance or less than 3 weeks in advance, with a maximum of four reservations per calendar year.
